The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE JOINT                            
RESOLUTION NO. 6 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of                   
the State of Alaska authorizing the use of the initiative to amend the         
Constitution of the State of Alaska by approval of two-thirds of the           
votes cast on the proposed amendment.  Signing do pass:  Senator               
Leman, Chair, Senators Taylor, Miller.  Signing no recommendation:             
Senators Duncan, Ellis.
